Stage 1 – Manufacturing

In our advanced manufacturing facilities in China, we produce all the required construction components, including:

• Columns, beams, profiles, ties, braces, stairs, and railings – custom-made to client specifications.
• International quality standards – each component is tested and approved in international SGS laboratories, with options for X-ray, ultrasound, or magnetic testing upon request.
• Customized finishing – options for hot-dip galvanizing with thicknesses of 80-160 microns, rich zinc primer, and additional coatings as required by the client.

During manufacturing, each component is measured and documented, and clients receive daily reports tracking project progress, ensuring full compliance with standards.

Stage 2 – Transportation

The manufactured items are packed in containers and shipped to Israel using our international logistics services. We ensure precise shipping schedules and provide advanced logistics, offering control and oversight of the transportation process until the materials reach the construction site. All shipments are accompanied by quality certificates verifying the components’ quality.

Stage 3 – On-Site Assembly

At the construction site, we offer experienced and certified teams for the assembly of steel structures:

• Precision and compliance with standards – each component is measured and fitted exactly according to the original design, with a focus on accuracy and finishing on-site.
• Strict quality control – our assembly teams perform quality checks on each component before and after assembly to ensure that the structure meets the highest international standards.

You also have the option to order manufacturing only and receive all required parts directly at the site for independent assembly.

At Maxford LTD, every project is personally supervised by expert teams, including experienced detailers using TEKLA software for precise 3D design. Our detailers coordinate with the client’s engineers to ensure full alignment between the 3D model and the profiles and components being manufactured.
